Fruit Brochettes with Strawberry Dip
Ingredients
- Ambient fruit purée : Strawberry - 80ml
- Greek yogurt - 50g
- Caster sugar - 5g
Combine the yogurt, strawberry puree and sugar. Keep in the fridge.
Wash, peel and cut the seasonal fruits into pieces if needed. Spread fruits onto wooden skewers and serve with chilled strawberry dip.In this step
