    Ingredients

    • Ambient fruit purée : Strawberry - 25ml
    • Aperol - 40ml
    • Elderflower - 15ml
    • Lemon (juice) - 10ml
    • Prosecco

    Build over ice in wine glass. Top up with prosecco & stir. Garnish with edible flowers.
