Butternut squash

Originally from Guatemala and Mexico, the butternut is a variety of squash, a plant from the Cucurbitaceae family . Its name probably refers to its buttery flavor, reminiscent of hazelnut.


Product obtained with the edible parts of one or several types of fruits or vegetables, then sieved or finely chopped, without any notable concentration, with or without added sugar(s).
