Boiron Frères Young Talents Trophy

The Boiron Frères Foundation for the Transmission of Know-How has launched an exceptional project to help the talent of tomorrow: the Boiron Frères Young Talents Trophy. Each year, three young graduate chefs from French catering schools (BTS) will spend a year working for chefs outside France (with our partner Bocuse d'Or Winners). In 2015, Floriane Brilhaut, Cyndie Guillot and Melina Greiss will therefore each spend four months in the restaurants of Ferdy Debecker, Bocuse de Bronze 1999, a Michelin-starred chef, in Belgium, Henrik Norström, Bocuse d'Argent 2001 in Sweden and Geir Skeie, Bocuse d'Or 2009 in Norway
